•Take & build orders over the phone & in person (help plan an event - all aspects)
•Do site inspections and secure event permits

•Perform additional office and administrative duties as requested and must be adaptive to change
•PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows
•Must have professional attitude/demeanor, and a strong work ethic
•Detail oriented, organized, highly motivated, committed and must possess strong communicationskills
•Must be able to multi-task coordinating detailed orders from inception to completion and work well under pressure
•Clear understanding of the demands and pressures required to succeed in a service intensive business
•Be a Team player and be able to work when needed including odd hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
